Note: Customer application (BBSR Services) does not require login. Data is collected only during booking.

  • Invoices created and services performed
  • Payments collected (cash/online)

  • Technicians receive push notifications through the BBSR Technician app

5. Payments & Financial Flow

  • Customers may pay via cash or online payment links
  • Technicians may collect cash and deposit it to the office
  • Admin records payments and settles technician commissions
  • Technician earnings are reflected in the in-app wallet
  • Technicians can request withdrawals from their wallet

We do not store sensitive payment credentials such as card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN.

6. Location Data Usage

Technician location is collected:

  • To assign nearby jobs
  • To track job progress
  • To improve dispatch efficiency

Location tracking is limited to active work usage and not used for continuous personal tracking.
