- Customers booking services via website or mobile application
- Technicians using the BBSR Technician app

2.1 Customer Data

Note: Customer application (BBSR Services) does not require login. Data is collected only during booking.
2.2 Technician Data (BBSR Technician App)
- Profile details (name, phone, photo, ID proof)
- Real-time and background location (during active jobs)
- Job activity (accept, start, complete, service logs)
- Invoices created and services performed
- Payments collected (cash/online)
- Wallet balance, commissions, settlements, withdrawal history

- To process and confirm customer bookings
- To assign jobs to technicians via admin team
- To enable technicians to diagnose, create invoices, and complete services
- To manage payments, cash collection, and commission settlement
- To send booking details, invoices, payment links, and review links via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
- To send quotations via sharable links (URL-based access)
- To improve service quality and operational efficiency
4. Communication & Notifications
- Customers receive booking confirmations and updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
- Technicians receive push notifications through the BBSR Technician app
- Admin team may manually communicate service updates and links
5. Payments & Financial Flow
- Customers may pay via cash or online payment links
- Technicians may collect cash and deposit it to the office
- Admin records payments and settles technician commissions
- Technician earnings are reflected in the in-app wallet
- Technicians can request withdrawals from their wallet
We do not store sensitive payment credentials such as card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN.
6. Location Data Usage
Technician location is collected:
- To assign nearby jobs
- To track job progress
- To improve dispatch efficiency
Location tracking is limited to active work usage and not used for continuous personal tracking.
7. Data Sharing
- Customer data is shared with assigned technicians for service delivery
- We use third-party services for messaging, hosting, and payments
- We may disclose data if required by law

We use secure infrastructure such as Google Firebase Firestore with encryption.
