1. Service Workflow
Our service process operates as follows:
- Customer books service via website or app
- Admin team reviews and confirms booking
- Job is assigned to a technician
- Technician visits location and diagnoses the issue
- Invoice is created and approved by customer
- Service is completed and payment is collected
- Cash (if collected) is deposited to office
- Admin settles technician commission in wallet
- Technician withdraws earnings via app
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking details
- Be available at service location
- Approve pricing before work begins
- Make timely payment after service
3. Technician Responsibilities
- Provide accurate profile and documents
- Update job status in app
- Create correct invoices
- Collect and report payments honestly
- Deposit collected cash to office
- Maintain professional conduct
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices may vary after inspection
- Invoice is generated digitally
- Payment via cash or online link
5. Commission & Wallet
- Technician earnings are commission-based
- Admin calculates and settles commissions
- Wallet reflects earnings and transactions
- Withdrawals are processed upon request
6. Communication
- Customers receive booking, invoice, and payment links via WhatsApp/email
- Quotation links open on website via secure URL
- Technicians receive push notifications
7. Cancellation
- Allowed up to 2 hours before service
- Repeated misuse may lead to restriction
8. Warranty
- 30-day service warranty
- Excludes misuse or external damage
9. Prohibited Activities
- Fraud, fake bookings, or misuse
- Technicians bypassing platform payments
- Unauthorized data usage
10. Liability
- Limited to service amount
- Not responsible for indirect damages
11. Termination
We may suspend access for violations or misuse.
