These terms govern the use of our AC repair and maintenance services in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Service Booking
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via WhatsApp for all areas in Bhubaneswar
- Same-day service is available for bookings made before 2:00 PM
- Our team will confirm your booking within 30 minutes via call or SMS
- You will receive the assigned technician's name and contact number before the visit
Service Pricing
- All prices displayed are starting prices and may vary based on the actual work required
- You will be informed of any additional costs before work begins — no hidden charges
- Final invoice will be shared after service completion
- Payment accepted via cash, UPI, or bank transfer
Warranty
- All repair services carry a 30-day service warranty
- If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we will fix it at no additional charge
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by power fluctuations, improper use, or external factors
- New parts installed carry the manufacturer's warranty
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 2 hours before the appointment
- We reserve the right to reschedule in case of technician unavailability — you will be notified promptly
- No cancellation charges apply
Service Areas
We currently provide AC repair and maintenance services across all major areas in Bhubaneswar, Odisha including Patia, Chandrasekharpur, Nayapalli, Saheed Nagar, Jaydev Vihar, and 40+ other localities.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults not related to the service performed. Our technicians are trained professionals and follow all safety protocols.
